Rasmus
Hi, I’m Rasmus, and I’m available for adoption through Feline Friends Network. I’m a sweet boy, approx. 1-2 yrs old, and I like to talk to you and “trill” when you pet me. I’m a pretty confident boy and not at all shy to meet new people. I love affection but can become a bit over-excited, grabbing or lightly biting your hand (not hard enough to cause harm). For this reason, I’m probably not best suited to a family with children. Someone that has experience with cats and has the time and patience to get to know me and understand my attitude and body language would be best. I love playing and chasing toys, which helps me burn off some of that excess energy! You might notice that my tail is shorter than it once was. My Dr. says the injury has healed well. It’s not painful and it’s fine if you touch or stroke it when petting me! I was introduced to the resident female kitty in my foster home (through a crack in the door) and neither of us got hissy or upset, so I may do well in a home with other cats and possibly cat-friendly dogs. I’m very vocal and playful – quite a little character, really! I have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and provided with preventative deflea / deworm treatments. Adoption fee : $125, which helps Feline Friends help more cats. If you are interested in meeting me, please complete our online adoption inquiry form at https://www.felinefriends.ca/foster-and-adoption
Larry
Larry is approx. a year old (believed to be dumped at a country property on the outskirts of St. Marys). He has been introduced to a family of 7 mo. old kittens (who don't like him) but he has no issues with them. He is also easy going and should adjust well to most home environments. He is still a bit underweight but has no other health issues that we are aware of. Larry is in a foster home in St. Marys, ON
If you would like to hear more about this handsome boy, please complete our online adoption inquiry form and a volunteer will be in touch soon. Larry has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and provided with preventative deflea / deworm treatments.
Earl
Earl is a total GEM. He's very people oriented, following his foster family around the house (and keeping a close eye on them out the window when they are out doing yardwork too). He gets along very well with one of the young resident female cats so he would likely do well with another cat-friendly feline. He would also be quite content to be an "only" pet to someone who is home to spend lots of quality time with him.
We don't know Earl's age for sure but best guess has been between 5-7 yrs. Earl recently had a fairly major dental surgery to clean up broken teeth and is fully recovered from that surgery. The removal of all 4 canines means that Earl's tongue sometimes sticks out but we think it just adds to his cute personality!
Earl’s back story is that he "showed up" at a country property last fall and made himself right at home with the spayed/neutered barn kitties. Earl went for his neuter and back to the barn (he was happy there) BUT this spring, Earl wanted to continue to defend his new territory...maybe it's age or the fact that the levels of testosterone are no longer there .....whatever the reason, Earl kept losing the fight, resulting in multiple wounds and broken teeth. So, the decision was made to bring Earl indoors to see if he would adjust to an indoor home. We believe he had one in the past because he settled in with his foster family pretty quickly and it didn’t take long for him to enjoy watching TV and the goings on of the other 2 female kitties in his foster home. We don’t understand how someone could have abandoned poor Earl, and he doesn’t understand either. Could you be the one to give him the permanent loving home that he deserves?
Earl has been vaccinated and neutered. If you are interested in meeting Earl, please complete our online adoption inquiry form at https://www.felinefriends.ca/foster-and-adoption
Marie-Claude
Marie-Claude LOVES to play. She is a bit timid, but has come a long way in the past couple of weeks, with the help of her foster mom. She still struggles with being held so any potential adopter needs to spend time coaxing her through play and food. She will definitely improve as she has come a long way in a short period of time. At this point she should be adopted with one of her siblings or with another young cat if possible.
Marie-Claude’s back story is that she was born outside along with his three siblings (Jean-Luc, Jean-Guy, and Geneviève) and they had been living behind Sobey's with their mom. A Feline Friends volunteer was able to trap the entire family before the cold weather set in.
Marie-Claude is between 4-5 months old and is currently in foster care getting some special TLC.
We think she would do best in a quiet home with older children or no children.
Marie-Claude has been vaccinated and spayed. If you are interested in meeting her, please complete our online adoption inquiry form at https://www.felinefriends.ca/foster-and-adoption
Geneviève
Geneviève is a sweetie. She is a fine boned girl but that doesn't hold her back. She loves to play! She still is a bit shy at first and wary of new things but the more you play and spend time with her, the more she gives back. She would be best with another kitten or cat. She is unlikely to like dogs unless very careful introduced.

Jean-Luc
Jean-Luc is an amusing kitten. He is inquisitive and is starting to get snuggly with his foster mom so it is time for him to find his forever home. Jean-Luc loves his siblings and while he could go solo he would thrive with another kitten or young cat as he is still wary of new things/people. To be the best kitten, he will need a new home that spends time with him to bring out his best.

Jasper
Adult male. BONDED PAIR – We are looking for a special home for this bonded pair. Phoebe (may be mom) and Jasper (possibly her son). Phoebe is friendly and loving with both her peeps, Jasper and the other pets in her foster home. Jasper's experience of being abandoned outside seems to have affected his ability to trust us humans and he is slower to come around to wanting affection from anyone other than Phoebe. We are looking for a quiet home with someone who is willing to give Jasper the time and space he needs to learn to trust. Please consider becoming Jasper's hero! Fill out our adoption inquiry form and one of our foster/adoption coordinators will call you to set up a meet and greet in their Mitchell, ON foster home. Georgie
Georgie is looking for a special person/family to love him. He has been diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis. This means that he may continue to be plagued by some urinary issues. He is currently on a special vet prescribed urinary diet and would probably do best in a home with no other cats because of his special food requirements. Stress can cause recurrences, so a quieter, low key home would be best. Georgie may require vet visits more often than other cats. Because this guy is such a lovely boy and so young we would like to give him a chance for a healthy/happy life. Would you be willing to be Georgie's hero?
He is 1 years old, good with kids and cats
