You can donate to Feline Friends Network in many different ways. We appreciate all donations – large and small!

  • Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the year in which they are received.

    Feline Friends Network is a registered Canadian charity (charitable no. 83745 9254 RR0001). Tax receipts for donations will be issued for amounts of $20 or more.

  • Of course! If you are making a donation in memory or honour of a loved one, please state the person or pet’s name in the comment section (if donating via e-transfer or PayPal Giving Fund) or include a note if you’re sending a cheque.

    If you would like Feline Friends to notify the loved one’s family of your donation, please be sure to give us the family’s name and mailing address as well.

  • Click here to use our online donation form. CanadaHelps will securely process your donation and issue your tax receipt.

  • If you bank online, you can send us an e-transfer to info@felinefriends.ca

    Important: In the comments / message section, please include the word ‘donation’, plus your first & last name and mailing address (so that we can send your tax receipt).

    Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the year in which they are received.

    Usually no security question / answer is required because e-transfers are auto-deposited to our account. If your bank does not allow auto-deposit, please use the word spayneuter (one word, lowercase) as the security answer.

  • You can donate securely online with PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF). Neither you nor Feline Friends will be charged a processing fee for this donation. PPGF will issue your official donation receipt, which will include your name and mailing address from your PayPal account.

  • Make your cheque payable to “Feline Friends Network” and send to:
    12 DUKE STREET, STRATFORD, ON, N5A 6C1. Please note that this is our mailing address only – not a shelter, foster home or office.

  • Feline Friends can now accept donations of stocks! Please click here to donate stocks online through our Canada Helps form, or send an email to info@felinefriends.ca to confirm that you would like to donate stocks and we will send you the required form.

  • You can drop off empty beer, wine & liquor bottles & cans at a location in Stratford – please see the address below. Please rinse out your empties to reduce the mess and odour for our volunteer. If cans are not in a case, it’s helpful if you put them in a clear plastic bag with a note showing the number of cans.

    Drop off location is 178 FREDERICK STREET, STRATFORD : There are bins on the front porch for empties. Thanks to volunteer Charles for accepting empties at his home! Click here to view on map.

  • If you work for a mid-to-large size corporation, your employer may have a program to match employee donations. For example, during the annual United Way Campaign you may be able to donate to FFN instead of the United Way, and your company may even match your donation! Also, some companies will donate to a registered charity if you volunteer a certain number of hours to that charity each year. To find out more, access the employee services section of your company website, search their website for charitable donation / activity options, or talk to your peers / managers or HR department.

  • Yes! We can always use donations of cat & kitten food, both wet and dry, to help us feed our foster kitties. Sorry, but we cannot accept opened / partially used bags of food. Please contact us to make arrangements.

  • Yes, you can help support the costs of foster cats in our care by buying items on our wishlist. All of these may be purchased locally, however, if you prefer to shop on-line, please go to our amazon.ca wish list.

    • Clumping cat litter

    • Cans of cat food Royal Canin and Friskies (pate preferred)

    • KMR milk replacer

    • Cleaning supplies (bleach, Dawn dish soap, paper towel, rubber gloves, & hand sanitizer)

    Please note – we cannot accept used litter boxes or litter scoops.

  • You can donate a vehicle whether it still runs or not! Donate A Car Canada accepts vehicle donations for Feline Friends Network. They provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to FFN, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. You will receive a tax receipt after your vehicle donation has been processed! Click here to go to our Donate A Car form.
